Sandra Moerch is the Chief Content Director for SAP's Purpose & Brand Experience division. Leading Global Purpose Partnerships and Creative Content creation, her team acts as an ecosystem business, where content is developed on the basis of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and co-created with Partners, to drive adoption of SAP Products that serve customers and People. Serving not only her own purpose DNA, but also SAP's purpose-narrative, Sandra develops content to achieve the company's brand and reputation ambitions by reaching new audiences differently, driving revenue growth with customers and partners, and creating long lasting employee engagement. To drive purpose in action, Sandra partners with customers, startup founders, non profits, government leaders, and influencers to unify in this substantial effort to simplify SAP's purpose footprint, and amplify the company's brand values holistically, establishing SAP as the leader for activating purpose at scale.

As part of Sandra's area of responsibility at SAP, she founded the Global Equality Agenda in 2016, which has since grown into one of SAP's top tiered gender equality programs in support of achieving UN Sustainable Development Goal number 5 - Gender Equality. The Global Equality Agenda drives industry-wide action to make innovation and technology work better for young women and girls, managing partnerships with:

-The Female Quotient, setting up Equality lounges worldwide at conferences, campuses and corporate offices
-The FQ App - Sandra's team was responsible for launching the FQ App connecting young women and girls to networking and access opportunities
-UN Women, across all its functions and partnership programs with SAP
-The Stanford WiDS Global Conference Series - SAP executes 30+ WiDS conferences globally/year
-The Global Goals Business Avengers - SAP owning and activating goal number 5

Prior to joining SAP, Sandra co-founded numerous tech and eCommerce startups; (Envywhite, RelocateU, NameHub, GoGoChina, hisTEAry...), and based on that experience, she always brings an entrepreneurial mindset to any job or task she is given.

Personally, Sandra has always been a feminist at heart, advocating for women's rights across the 3 continents and 10+ countries where she has lived. Today, Sandra evangelizes these values as Co-Founder of The Feminist Portfolio, being an active ambassador of Stanford WiDS (Women in Data Science), as well as being a UN Women Ambassador, in the capacity of sitting on the UN Women Silicon Valley Board, driving programs linked to STEAM to bring balance to the force of gender equality in Tech. Sandra was also a founding member of the UN Women program #sheinnovates, under the Global Innovation Coalition for Change (The GICC), which involved working across 24 of the most affluent cross-sector brands to create equality impact at scale.

To Sandra, diversity and imagination are imperative and key ingredients in order to kindle the fires of innovation. As an avid researcher, space enthusiast, childish soul and Design Thinker, Sandra uses imagination as a powerful tool for moon-shooting ideas that have not been thought up yet in our existing landscape, drawing inspiration from the global innovation community. Sandra is passionate about analyzing the global landscape of innovation, mapping out the findings in a framework she has designed, named The Silicon Valleys of the World, identifying global innovation hubs, and interconnecting them, from Silicon Valley, to Silicon Samba to Silicon Cape, to mention a few. All over the world she shares these concepts to inspire people to enter the impact space, and pick up creative methodologies, integrating them into their core job.

At home Sandra is a proud Chief Mommy Officer who loves to cook, hike, travel and spend time with family and loved ones. In her spare time she dedicates her time volunteering for causes impacting the lives of children and orphans. Inspired by people, the environment and culture, Sandra makes it her mission to make a positive impact in the world, creating a small dent in the universe.
